A friend introduced me to alcohol markers and I was hooked right away, but I couldn’t justify spending so much on one of the big-name brands. After looking at a bunch of different options, I decided to try Caliart and I’m really happy I did. The colors are bright, they blend nicely, and you can build up the same shade for more depth without it looking too streaky. My friend even tried them and was surprised by how well they worked compared to her expensive set. I may still pick up a few colors from other brands later, but for the price, these are a really solid set and great if you’re just getting into alcohol markers.
I actually prefer these markers. They’re really juicy, dry fast, and work great on marker paper. I’ve only used up one color so far and just need a new blender. I’d give them 5 stars overall, and I also picked up the pastel set for more color variety.
I want another set now!
I’ve been buying their markers for a while and have gone through a few different sets already. They’re affordable, easy to blend, and the colors are always beautiful. I’ve tried more expensive markers too, but I honestly don’t feel like I need to spend that much. Caliart has always been a great value for me.
