1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unused and in original packaging
Item must be in resellable condition
Proof of purchase is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

Used or opened art supplies
Clearance or final sale items
Gift cards (if applicable)

3. Product Quality Issues and Missing Items

If your item has a product quality issue, including a damaged or defective product, please contact us at support@buycaliartsuppliessale.com and we will arrange a free replacement.

Quality replacement is separate from the non-quality-related return process.

Missing Items

If your order is incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

For incomplete orders, we may offer:

Free replacement
Partial refund
Full refund (depending on situation)

Photos or video of the issue

4. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for:

Wrong item received
Damaged product
Defective items

If you need a different product, we recommend requesting a return and placing a new order.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we will cover return shipping
